Mr. Subash Koirala is the Executive Director of the Management Association of Nepal (MAN), an apex body of management professionals. He holds more than 14 years experiences in the various development like Maries Stopes International Nepal/Sunaulo Parivar Nepal and Oxfam GB as part of EQR earthquake response team, dhading district and in corporate sector as HR expert and HOD in Surya Life Insurance Company Ltd. In addition, he performed as an insurance expert in Rastrtiya Beema Sansthan (Government Owned only one Life Insurance Company in Nepal) for more than 2 years.

Mr. Koirala attended the exposure training from Marie Stopes Society, Bangladesh. He is also a Trainer for Life Insurance Field, Consultancy, and research activities for NGOs and INGOs. He is an MBA in Human Resources as specialization from Tribhuwan University (TU) and certified HR Analyst and Life Member for MAN
